I'm shortly going to reconnect to live, and I haven't done so in a while.... Actually, the last time I was on, I had a different IP address. So my question is, will I have to create a new profile? Will my game score be deleted? Will have to kill myself and my entire family?

You will only have to kill your family and sacrifice them to the M$ Live Gods.
Honestly you will still have you profile saved so you will just need to resubscribe to live
