Xbox: The indicator light is flashing green and orange

SYMPTOMS
When you use your Xbox console, the indicator light may flash repeatedly in a green and an orange pattern.
Back to the top Back to the top
CAUSE
This behavior may occur if the Xbox console does not detect the AV Pack.

Note This behavior only applies to the connection between the AV Pack and the Xbox console. It does not apply to the connection between the AV Pack and the television.

THINGS TO TRY
1. Disconnect and then reconnect the Xbox AV Pack. Make sure the connections are firmly connected. Turn the console back on, and then examine the indicator light.
2. If the behavior continues, try another AV pack if one is available.
3. If this resolves the issue, the original AV pack may not be functioning correctly. Contact Xbox support for more information about replacing the peripheral.
4. If the behavior continues, it indicates a problem that requires Microsoft to service your console. Contact Xbox support for more information about console repair.

Call 1-800-4MY-XboX

Seriously I think you got an AV problem inside your box or its the cables themselves.

Hello, to solve your problem I would first check if you have the right channel or if the cables are not hooked in the right place, next if the screen is not showing Video and only sound I would think the cables are plugged in wrong but if that does not work than call the Xbox number. Thanks!
