XBox live problums

I recently bought Xbox live I bought everything on the computer (the 1year) but now i cant get on my account on the console Ive tried account recovery and ive also asked xbox.com can anyone help me?

What type of message are you getting when you try to log in?

Thats just the thing I cant log on the 2 xbox live choices are account recovery and new account

Then you need to do account recovery. Why wont that work.

Well i just got finished talking to xbox (the situation was so confusing they had 2 get the manager) apperantly when i registered online it recognized my account as a 360 account so the manager had to go to his 360 and get on my account and unblock everything on original xbox
