Major Nelson posted it returning from his vacation. You can clearly see at the top of the page it says download the GT4 trailer to your PSP but the image used for it clearly is a match to the one from Bizarre Creations website.

I cant believe this. Actually I can, They just realized how much they suck and how much the

What will happen is that Bizarre Creation's legal people will contact the Sony, who will in turn contact the people who created the image. It won't be glamorous court battle. Just BC saying that's copyright infringement, Sony will comply and then point the finger at the different people for about 4.3 minutes and then move on.

I'm not surprised at all. For a year the Navy used a picture of a Coast Guard guy in a helicopter looking out the side door over the Katrina ravaged New Orleans. The Navy used it for their recruiting pictures.
The Coast Guard said that's our guy, our bird, and that's copyrighted because it was taken by our public relations person.
The Navy said whatever, ran it for 3 more months and then blamed somebody else for the error.

Its only a target render anyways, it would have been better if it had a been a pic with a big M$ sign in the back.

If i am not mistaken that is Saleen S7, good car. and sony always steals other peoples stuff, now they don't even try to make it look different, they are the ebaumsworld of the gaming industry.
