max payne- stuck in the kitchen on fire

More help, anyone? I'm stuck in the hallway headed back through the kitchen, and everything is on fire. Now I'm standing on top of some tipped over cabinets, and i can't push them out of the way of a double door, or put out the fire. Help! I've been stuck here for a few hours of play.

Theres a defintie path you need to follow. This level is all about timing. I found it to be one of the harder ones. I can't remeber your exact scenario sorry, but I do remeber it enough to know that I just ran right through it all learning the pattern of when to run and stop as not to get burnt. I know this is not alotta help but maybe its enough. Good Luck

There is a gap in the counter you have to jump over opposite from the freezer door. You then have to run to the right past the stoves and through the door, you'll be home free. Get ready to shoot, there'll be a guy waiting for you.... When I played this I made the foolish mistake of saving at this point and was screwed.... I had to run, jump and eat painkillers at the same time just to make it to the door while on fire lol.... It took me quite a while.... I thought I was going to have to restart....
