NBA Street for xbox?

I was curious why this game hasn't been released on Xbox. EA Big, which also makes tricky (out for xbox, ps2, and cube), has released nba street for ps2 and cube...why not xbox?


and secondly where do you go to find out how to play halo on gamespy.
