Is it possible to move my old gamer score from my original tag to my Xbox live tag?

Like you had a profile that wasn't online and want to use it for your Gamertag? Sure, it will allow you to select it during the registration process. You may have to change the name though, if it's already taken on Live.

Yea well I had my old profile as say name A which has a high score, now I have my new profile name B which I use for live with **** all score & I'd like to keep that name but have the name A score.........

If you've already made one Live, you can't change it to show the gamerscore of an offline profile. You'd have to register the account with the good gamerscore on Live separately.
