This is a rare x-box to find. Its a limited editions one. I also heard that it was called the Xbox Debug Kit. I'll try to look up some info on it.

Well, the link is of the Limited edition Xbox. It could only be purchased by people who actually worked or helped on the making of the Xbox. It sports a nice Bill Gates fasmilie signature on the jewel.

The attachment is of the debug kit. Its pretty self-explanatory

You can see they each have different jewels, which is pretty much the only way to visually tell them apart because you cant turn them on...

If hardware launches are likened to opening up presents by consumers, debugging kits are analogous for journalists. Given to publications for the purpose of previewing and reviewing preproduction copies of games, debugging kits are essentially slightly modified versions of finished consoles. Microsoft dropped off our Xbox debugging kit today, and we thought you'd enjoy a quick look.

Unlike the PlayStation2 debugging kit which is almost physically identical to its retail counterpart, the Xbox debugging kit is noticeably different. The system casing is semitransparent and green tinted, and comes packaged in a green box. The controller and memory card however are essentially the same as their retail counterparts.

Of course I do, im no newbie!:D It isint a computer, I just said it LOOKS like one...it looks like a ATX computer case...And you cant just buy it, thats why it is hard as hell to fuind...Only MS licensed developers can purchase one...and dont get me started on licensing costs! And developers dont just sell them either...im sure MS would be all over them if they did...
