Damn, it takes damn near a full day to download it! Does it take that long for anyone else?

Not a movie cause we don't have that in Canada yet regardless of our bigger per capita, but I'm hoping by this fall.

The larger demos don't take me long though at all. Worst case, make sure your download settings are configured to download while your system is off and it's not a big deal, don't even have to keep your system on.

If you're talking about downloading movies over XBL then I have no idea, but if you're talking about bit torrent then yes I know, movies take forever.

Over XBL movie downloads are a lot faster then when it first came out. I would say an hour maybe.

I've noticed that it can take awhile, seems to be hit or miss on the time. I downloaded the newest superman in HD awhile back (about 7 gigs) and it literally took all day. I think they've speeded up the downloads lately though.

(and that's with a 10mbit connection and an excellent connect signal to my router.)

I find that if you have porn downloading or streaming on your computer that it can greatly slow down the downloading rates on your 360 ....:whistle:

How do you do this? I always keep my xbox on all night if Im downloading something.

Systems blade > console settings > shutdown > uh i forget but you should be able to see it.
