Someone told me that you can slap little children in project ego. is this true?

yeah, from what i've been reading, you can take your sword and actually cut the little kid in the face and if you come back to that village 20 years later, that kid will have grown up with a scar on his face...i dont know about you guys, but that sounds like a game of the year to me!:)

oh yeah, also you can also use anything in the game including frying pans and whatever you can find to use as a weapon

I've heard alot about Project Ego and it sounds so sweet. But I have no idea what it is? Can some one please fill me in or something, help?

Yeah you can do pretty much anything that you want. You can go into a town and kill everyone that lives there. Everything that you do effects the game in some way. If you do bad thing like that then no one will like you. If you are a good hero then kids will have the same hair style as you, if not then they have the hair style of another hero.

in project ego you start off as a teenage boy who is sent of to do a chore by his parents. Once you come back from the chore your parents are dead and now you are free to do whatever you want. You can become a good guy and gain respect or a bad guy. Along the game you can also do quests whenever you wish to, oh and everything in the game revolves around your actions.... you can change the entire game by doing just one thing!

You can do whatever you want.... lets say you beat up a guy and steal his shoes and then you run away. Then you come back to the town ten years later there is a chance he will remember you and if he does he will probably attack you....... this game is just amazing

But is there any like evil people you have to fight or are u just a guy walking around towns (still sweet) I dont like fighting games cause I usually suck, except halo, as I was saying theres no fighting unless uwant to?

well there are quests which you choose if you want to take or not but if you do you will have to fight. But the game doesn't force you to fight, except if thieves or people you insulted start fighting you

ok guys lets not overhype this game...lets just say this game is cool...and leave it at that...if we overhype this game when it comes out its not gonna be what we expect

I guess you could call it a: Free roaming, action-adventure, RPG. Bearing in mind that Role-Playing Game just means you take on the life of a character within a story, and "grow" the character through time. Project Ego looks to be a very non-typical RPG to say the least. I'm really looking forward to it.

looks like a good game for older people. the young kids might be offended by the "children orientated" violence, otherwise, why the hell is this game launching so late?????

LOL, Well sorry to be the one who informs you of this man, but it is in the RPG Genre as you're already been told.

But dont worry it wont be like Final Fantasy in that sense, but something very original. It should prove to be very intriging:cool:

you dont have to be good at RPGs to love em man, just play and enjoy, if you die, sucks, if you win, great. just play for fun

and as for the age question, he is 15, i checked in the december issue of OXM, its a surprise i still have that...
