Wow, this caught me off guard. Very surprised to see Peter Moore leave Microsoft, didn't even hear rumors of this.

What are your thoughts?

I am just glad that he is not going over to sony. If he did that I would shoot him myself.

Well you certainly don't go to EA, they are worse. Do they even have any originality left? Everything they do (besides buy up any small gaming company making great games) is recycled into their games. I hate EA console games.

Am I the only one that thinks this is a good thing?
Peter Moore almost single handedly destroyed Sega, and he made Ken and Phil from Sony look smart half the time when he spoke.
I think its good riddance to bad rubbish

Regardless of what you think of EA's game and content, they are probably one of the best companies to work for. Job stability is a jey factor when taking a job in this day and age, and EA isnt going anywhere anytime soon. I wish Peter well, and look forward to the new blood (former EA prez) at MS in the Games division.

I would think the hundreds of Ex - EA employee's suing them for not paying overtime would disagree they are a good employer.

Anyways Peter did it for the money.

Whats funny is the former EA president Don Mattrick will be filling Moore's position.
