Premium 360 w/ wired controller

I was planning on finally buying a premium 360 in a little while, but I really don't want to have to deal with a wireless controller. I hate buying batteries, and from what I hear you have to do it pretty often. Also if I got a wired controller, I could use it on my PC without a fancy adapter. So if anyone knows how to do this, please tell me.

Just buy the play and charge kit for the wireless controller. There is nothing like the freedom of wireless!

But I don't need it, and I'd much rather be able to use my controller on my computer too. Between a charge kit and wireless receiver for my computer, it's too much.

Then just buy a wired controller. There's no way to "swap" the wireless one in the packaging for a wired one if that's what you are trying to accomplish. Buy the wired, and sell/trade in the wireless.
