Wireless headset help!

I can't connect it to my controller. It keeeps connecting to the position of the second controller. Help me before I break this shat!

Are you pressing the connect button on the 360, then pressing it on the headset?

If you are trying to get ti synched to a specific controller, you press the connect button that many times. (controller 2 is twice, 3 is three times etc)

It won't go to the number one spot. It will go 2, 3, 4 but when I try to make it go to 1, it just goes straight to 2. I sync it to the 360 and then I try to sync it to the controller and nothing.

Are you using a launch controller? All the controllers that were made before the wireless headset was being manufactuered don't work with the wireless headset. I have two launch ones and two newer ones and mine only works with the newer. You'll pry have to get a new controller.

And for some reason Microsoft won't acknowlegde the problem either, there were even some big Digg and YouTube movements about it a while back, but nothing has ever been done.

Well, that was exactly the problem. I do have a newer controller and it works on that one. Oh well, MS screws me again.
