Alright, I Just Got A Live Card, And I Created My Gamertag. But, Everytime I Go Into Halo 2 To Log Into Live, It Says I Have An Important Message From Account Managment. And, I Don't Know What To Do After I Get To Management. Please.... Help Me.

i did, and there's nothin there, i got all the updates, and everytime i go there, i just get re-directed to the game, iDk what to do >.<

Okay lets do this step by step:

1) Can you sign into xbox live at all?
2) If so, does this problem occur when trying to play any other game?
3) *don't know if this affects anything* But if you have an xbox the original one and bought one of the original little live cards from the store, did it expire before you used it *yes there is an expiration date I believe*...

If you can provide like a little snapshot with a web-cam or can find a picture similar to your problem on the internet then post it here or better explain your problem, it'd be a bit easier.

Check your age, if you are under 17 then you wont be able to play mature games over XBL, like Halo 2. Just go update your account, and change your age..problem solved.
