Hello everyone,
I was curious if anyone had any issues playing any of the XBLA games or any games with downloadable content during the maintenance period on 11/13/2007?
I attempted to login to XBL and noticed that they were performing maintenance and that the service was down. I decided to play Oblivion. I have all of the DLC. However, when I attempted to load my save game, the game notified me that some of the content that had existed, was no longer there and did I want to continue anyway. Well, I decided not to continue because I did not want to potentially screw up my save game.
I also tried a couple of XBLA games that I purchased, Mutant Storm would only play as a trial, when it could not connect to XBL.
Is this a known issue or is this how its supposed to work? It seemed that no matter what I attempted to do, the game would attempt to call the mothership and since it could not decided to only allow me to access the trial or the original content that came with the game.
Did I do something wrong? Any information would be most appreciative.
