New Call of Duty 4 Update Details for Xbox 360

Hey Everyone --

Wanted to give you a heads up for an update in the works for the Xbox 360 version. We're going to be optimizing a lot of things behind the scenes with matchmaking and host selection as well as adding a few new features via the update which I have outlined below. No ETA on when this update will be available for download, just giving a heads up on what's to come in the future in the first potential update:

Additions / New Features:
Added Kill cam to Airstrike bombs and Claymores

Addition of Host Migration so if Host Leaves auto-chooses next best host

Tweaked the following Oldschool Mode settings based on feedback:
- Added Unlimited Sprint
- Increased Magazine Size
- Added Ragdoll Cam

Addition of New "N0M4D" Control Scheme

Optimizations / Tweaks:

Identify party by background color (in Lobby)

Optimized server selection for first match for better connections

Improved network performance for 18 player games

Optimized 'Chase Cam' when Spectating

Fixed Playlist error when attempting to join from other games

Handle Corrupt Create A Class data instead of kicking player

I am fed up with Team DM.. Its pointless arcade shootem up. I prefer
Hardcore Team DM mode as you can hit them once maybe twice and they drop
like a sack of beaten taters.

Team DM is fun if you got a good group that will kick butt and knows not to
go into the other teams respawn zone so they keep respawning there and you
can just pick em off as they come out. Since that is what everyone is learning
to do in that mode.

Yeah that guy last night was pissing me off.. I hit him soo many times he just
wouldnt go down.. and when he did I turned him into a lead meat stick. :hump:

It felt really good.. Damn man today I was in the zone.. was last man standing in 3 of the S&D rounds in my sniper suit and I kicked ass soo hard.. Sniped some poor bastard with my 1911.. I teabagged all of my last kills.. the team loved me. They were all lvl 50+ and I asked.. wow will I suck as bad as you when I rank up.. then they booted me.. was fun.

Yeah exactly but no they dont listen.. Maybe its because they suck or just have a problem listening to someone.. I wish there was a suicide button then we could tell them not to press it and it would solve our worries
