Can Someone find me a Civilization Plate?

It is by far my favorite commercial plate (behind I Made This, Prey, and Lego SW) and possibly attainable.

I looked through some of the places I've purchased plates and didn't find this one anywhere. I don't have it either, by the way.

This plate was on Ebay about three days ago. I will keep an eye out for it because like you said and what space said this is a very rare faceplate. But as soon as I find it I will PM you or post it here.
