Halo 3 Online VS Team Fortress 2

I understand to most 360 owners, Halo is their world (no offence). I for one, HATE Halo, since it is what everyone links the Xbox too. BUT, after playing Team Fortress 2 & loving it, I really got my tastes back for online shooters...I mean no one cares about single player anymore. So is Halo 3 honestly that good online? Since I heard its kinda boring. It's just like, is it better than Team Fortress or worth a buy?

Honestly, I just went to take a look at team fortress and that looks utterly retarded -_- no offense. Although it looks like fun, i'm convinced that it's for children and it's utterly retarded. Although i'm no big fan of halo either.

Well I've never really heard of team fortress other than the sixty second game play footage I saw. The only thing I don't like about gaylo is the insanely obnoxious community, it's like the game attracts children >.> all I hear are chipmunks complaining and whining about some fricken kill they couldn't get. I loved the game just hate the community. But if I had to choose, it'd be rainbow six vegas and the original Rainbow six, on the grounds of pure addiction. That was the only game i'd ever play for a long time unless something else interested me but then i'd go back to it. So in my opinion Rainbow six series *excluding certain games of the series that I never got to play.*

Of course, the game is still kicking, just remember to download the content and you'll find people.

I was quite heavy into TF2 till COD4 pulled me away.

Though if you ever need a good medic, I'm the best you'll ever see :)

Looks like I'll buy Vegas then & Variation, add my 'invalid' Gamertag, Yearly Bell & send me a game invite for TF2 if your ever on, cause I'm the best damn 'flag' defender you'd ever see, the last game I played I built so many turrents...with some help of a couple other engineers, that anyone who went through the door to the corridor to our 'flag' would be hit with more led in one go than all that is fired in a match, lol.

I do agree that the younger kids in the Halo community do get very annoying, but I think that TF2 is harder to get kills in that game since there is no basic machine gun or anything. Of course, overall I think that CoD4 is the best multiplayer game. I just think that Halo 3 as a game is better than TF2.

Dude...or dudette as the case maybe, your putting TF2 below Halo because its harder? No offence, but thats just stupid, I'm not defending TF2, but so far people have picked faults with TF2 for stupid reasons, that said, I will defo try Halo 3.
