What is the best moment in any video game?

I think the best moment in any video game is when the Alliance Fleet comes to destroy Sovereign in Mass Effect. My runner-up would be the nuke in CoD4. :yikes:

Theres a bit in the end of Conflict: Desert Storm where you are supposed to shoot a fleeing Saddam Hussein lookalike as he flees from a building you just laser-designated for an air strike.
The easy route would to just snipe him as he goes out the door. But we saved the mission right before that part and on 4 player co-op we all took turns finding ways to kill Saddam. One of us would chase after him and knife him in the back.

One of us set up C4 charges all over the place and blew his body down the street in a string of explosions.
You get the idea. But it provided some entertainment finding ways to kill just one guy as cruely as possible.
