Yeah they are pretty embarrassed by the trouble Xbox Live caused for many users over the holidays. Should be interesting to see what the free game will be. None the less, its free and I am looking forward to it.

I wouldn't mind playing something that actually required the camera... I mean the best use I have it for is for taking little snapshots on my computer, it's a pretty good camera don't get me wrong... Just wish there was a real use for it.

Some games already do make sure, but more need to. Best examples are:

Rainbow 6 allowed you to put YOUR face on your character, even when playing online. Hilarity ensued

Burnout Paradise takes your pic when you get taken out for the other guy to see you fingering him, this was covered in the BP thread.

Numerous arcade games use it as a live streaming video. Sure its nothing amazing, but still neat.

And for the free LIVE game: I guarantee they'll choose something I already own :(

All I have to add is that it had BETTER be a new game. Just making an old game free will put a lot of people who already paid for it out of luck. I think MS should just credit everyone 800 MS points (price of a XBLA game) to spend on what they want.

That being said, bring it on :D I didn't get a chance to game while this whole snaffoo was going on, so I wasn't affected, but I'll sure as hell reap the benefits!

Yea similar to the demo, you can use the Vision camera and put it on your Driver's License for the game! I don't know if the camera is used somewhere else in the game, but in the demo you could do that.

I'm sure there's some option for people to not have this happen (other than not having their cam plugged in of course). Just think of how embarrassing it would be to be naked, get taken out, then...... some random stranger is staring at your junk lol. :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Pretty disappointed in MS's choice to make a previously released ga,e free. So what happens with the folks that actually purchased this. They get no compensation now? I didnt purchase this game to begin with as I wasnt to impressed with it, and now I am glad I didnt.

Well as far as I heard, you can call the Customer Support, and you can be compensated with another game to the point like my friend did and he got a s*itload of accessories after complaining a whole lot. So you may want to give that a try. In my opinion, I thought it was a good game and I knew it would go down eventually it was justified at the time for purchase and now I'm happy. Its a free game, you can't go wrong with free. But I do feel for those that have purchased it. But there are other alternatives, like I've mentioned.
