I go to download a theme, I do & then it says your theme has been cancelled, I was like, wtf? So I check my active downloads...none, & they took the MS points! Thats 150 points on nothing!! So who do I go to to complain & get my points back?!

Call 1-800-4-MY-XBOX. They should be able to help you. If you get one of the about 50% morons that work there. Tell them to transfer you to a supervisor.

Uk or not, you should get your points back, you paid for them, and you did not get to buy the item you wished too.

I had the same problem about a month ago. It was for a arcade game though. I takes about a half n' hour to straighten things out.. :bang: very very frustrating! and the hold call ****!! :cuss:

Nah, all I'm saying is thats an american number isn't it? Well is there a seperate UK call line?

No need to complain, all you do it go into your account management, check your downloads (its tracks everything) and redownload it. Since it's flagged on your account, it'll just redownload it.
