View Full Version : Rainbow Six Vegas 2 gets positive reviews

So far the reviews for this game on Gamestop.com are positive. Some are even claiming it is better than Call of Duty 4. Call of Duty 4 is a hell of a game, so I don't know if I would say that.

I'll have to wait till after I pick up RB6V 2 before I decide.

In my opinion COD 4 is a better then Vegas 2 (i like the online play in Vegas better than COD 4)... Although I think that I am going to enjoy the game as a whole, I don't think that it measures up to COD4.

A-W-M-A-Z-I-N-G, Did I spell that right? I love it, I perfer it over Cod4 but, I really only liked the story to it. And I was a rainbow 1 junkie.

It's a good game... it plays a little like the first one but it's really cool.

the thing is that Rb6v2 is a really tactile game where is you run and gun ur dead also it relys heavily on its cover system which COD4 doesnt have so if you like run and gun games like halo, cod, or gears then your out of luck hope this helps

There isnt a whole lot different between RBSV1 and 2. And the elimination of 4 player co-op in the story mode is very disappointing. COD4 will remain more popular than Vegas 2 without a doubt in my mind. Its a lot more fun to play for most people. There will definitely be folks that swear by this game as they did the first one, and it is a great game. But no where near to COD4 in online gameplay.

Think of it this way. Vegas 2 is not better than Halo 3. Its good, but not outstanding. COD4 proves that its better and more popular than Halo 3 just by topping the charts each week as most played. So with that being said, Vegas might be third on that list after a week or 2 but I wouldnt expect it to go much past 5th honestly let alone break into the top 3.
