Foundation or Midship?

Since we seem to be having a dispute over this topic. Which would you rather see remade? Foundation (The obvious choice) or Midship (boo).

Foundation for sure. Foundation is an extremely good map for objective based games, even slayer. Midship however is alright I guess but I didn't find it very fun, for objective games, or slayer. I know a lot of people love midship but I honestly don't know what people see in it.

Hands down, Foundation. I hope they do a remake of it for Halo 3.

It was popular because it was perfect for FFA, Team Slayer, CTF, and bomb. The map was just set up so perfect that one team never got an advantage over another. It was the best map ever made out of all 3 Halo's.

I thought that about Foundation.

I knew why it was popular, and yes it is fair for everyone but compared to other maps, like Lockout, and Foundation hell even Zanzibar was so much better than Midship I guess. For FFA, Lockout and Foundation were a lot better than midship. But I guess that was just my opinion and how I felt.

Foundation would be cool only if everyone had a BR as the starting weapon. But, even if Midship had a BR as a starting weapon, too and then comparing both of them, Midship wins it for me.

Midship has multiple levels - it's symmetrical like Foundation; however, it has more variation to the map. More places to take cover - and being on top doesn't necessarily give someone an advantage. To me, it was designed quite well.

Midship was my favorite, along with Lockout, and since we're getting Blackout, I want Outship?:hardcore:

I'd have to say Foundation. I only ever played Rockets or Zombies on it but I played it all the time and I played almost every game-type on Midship and I played it all the time, but here's the thing: I never got tired of Foundation. I got so BORED of Midship. It's such a boring frigging map. Foundation is pretty good because it's so simplistic and there's no way to get confused by it. Four rooms and a center thing. Midship is . . . wierd.

I'd rather see Foundation remade.

I would like Midship to be remade; however, Bungie could ruin it...it's a good map, so, I wouldn't want a complete remake. It would be sweet if they just offered it as a free download as is...great map.

I don't mean to be too harsh on Bungie, but, when they remade Halo 1's Wizard and called it Warlock in Halo 2, I think they butchered that map - mainly because it's so freakin' dark - I loved the brightness of Wizard much much better.
