Websites that Mass produce faceplates?

I was just wondering if we could maybe get up a design and have a company produce around idk 100 faceplates, and do like a group buy and maybe have a contest where a bunch of designs are sent it and voted on and the winning design gets made and we could do like a group buy on them.

I know there has to be ways to get less than 5,000 done because you see limited runs of plates all the time, but I haven't run across them yet (and I've checked.)

Check into it if you want to. I hit a wall though. Cheapest I found wanted $17,000 to make plates.
