It's funny, I wonder if anyone else noticed it. It's called "Republican Space Rangers." If it isn't a spoof, it's damn close.

Yeah I've sat and watched some TV and ran across that.. I died laughing at it and thought the same thing that it's a spoof on Halo. If it's not it looks real close but definitely worth seeing....

Yeah, Republican Space Rangers is the best thing on TV in GTAIV. And it's spoofing A LOT MORE than just Halo, but the reference is there. Hilarious video, though, and quite long (10 minutes, maybe?).
