Hey folks,

Welcome to the new Deadliest Catch forum. Deadliest Catch: Alaskan Storm is a game developed by Liquid Dragon Studios. It is based upon one of the most dangerous jobs in the world, a Bering Sea Crab Boat fisherman. The game also features boats and folks from the TV documentary "Deadliest Catch" which can be seen on the Discovery Channel.

Captain Sig Hansen and his brother Edgar were key elements in the production of this game. They gave their input, game tested for realism, and added their own dialogue to the game as well. When it comes to realism, this game captures every detail of the Alaskan crabbing industry.

Be sure to head out and pick up your copy when it releases on June 10th!

Just curious.. how did this game get it's own forum but not say.. GTA4 or Call of Duty?

I'm not stirring up crap here.. Stephen can do whatever he wants with the site, but I was curious.

We're helping the little developers. Epic and Bungie get enough lovin' from everyone else. We're doing everything we can here to help these guys, and because we are fans of the show, too!


It helps we're fans of the show as well and are hoping the game does very well. Just doing our part.

Thats the whole point of this forum. To spread the word about the game, and help it in anyway we can to sell. Greenwave is a brand new developer and does not have the funds as say Ubisoft, EA or Activision. So any form of 3rd party advertising helps them immensely.

I personally am looking forward to playing this game. Cant wait to hit the see with my custom boat and halu in some major Alaskan King Crab against others on Xbox live.
