Database Bug Alert!

If you run across an actual flaw in the database program, post it here.

For example, when I went to see my faceplates that I made, there were five faceplates by other people in my list. They were there because of a bug, and Kamshaft already squarshed it.

If it's data related ("Nyko didn't make that, MadCatz did.") then please post that in the data issues thread.

Idk if this is the right place to post this but I noticed that the Call of Duty 4 faceplate picture is incorrect and displays a Call of Duty 3 faceplate picture. You guys did a really nice job on the database. I'm impressed.

Yeah, this is for actual "broken" stuff. There's another thread for incorrect pictures, wording and stuff. Still, I appreciate it, thanks. I was posting a lot of stuff fast and furiously.

If I edit a custom plate, the customizer's name disappears and no amount or editing or refreshing will fix it. The only think I can do is delete and re-add the plate.

Earlier today, there were a couple of plates where the wrong image was showing up for the thumbnail on the database uploading page. I had to reenter the plate to make it right. No amount of replacing the pics or refreshing would do it.

It's been fine but then about 2 PM your time, two other plates had the issue. I emailed you a screencap. I just now went into the actual user part of the database list and the thumbs are messed up there too. They're pretty easy to fin because they're not the wame width as all the rest of the faceplates... and one of them is GameKing's kitty avatar. The other is a banner so it's REALLY wide. I left those alone hoping you could track down the bug.

Oh and the new Kotaku custom is entered twice - only one has a working picture though. They show up on the top of the database list for me.

OK, so Kam here's what happened there. I went to upload the Kotaku plate, and the file was a bmp, so the entry form rejected it. I backed up, went to change the format of the pic, entered that pic to upload, and submitted the entry. It appears that the original entry with no pic was kept as well as the second, correct entry. The first entry shouldn't have been kept if the photo wasn't accepted.

I went in and deleted that entry without the pic. I refreshed the entry list and it is now gone. BUT it is still on the public list, even after I refreshed. I know that one solution is to not delete the plate, but simply change all the information to the next plate I'm going to add, but I didn't have another plate to add at the time.
