well for those that like to get the Limited Edition of games etc Gears has got a pretty decent deal on there's for Nov. You get the Game, Making of DVD, Steel Book DVD Case, picture of Dom and Miss as well a Gold Lancer that can be used in the game and MP. All for $70!!!!

Yeah for starters its Gears 2 so its worth the extra dough to get a collectors edition and gold lancer...yes please! I also hear the Serious ach is 100,000 kills but its all game types which makes it much easier than the orig seriously!!!

It comes down to cost. Companies will sell a lot more of $60 games than they will of $150 so the bulk of the game's income will come from people buying the regular editions. Example would be Halo 3. SO MUCH work and effort and cost went into designing the 3 different versions, however, game stores and companies who sell these games still have them left over in stock b/c they concentrated so much on generating these different editions that they a) priced themselves right out of the market b) mass produced so many that there wasn't a general demand for the product.

The fallout 3 amazon.com survival bundle w/ the pipboy is a game that is going to be over $100, however, since you can only order 1 per mailing address or suffer amazon.com's wrath it will naturally create a higher demand for the item since people will only be able to order 1 of these. Hope this has helped.

lol oh yeah to get around the pesky mailing address restriction contact family members and friends (who you can trust) and just have it ordered from them and shipped to their place (great idea for fallout 3)
