How do u get to all the blue things and where is the timebomb????

...it is easy. I beat the game. All you need to do is spray them. The blue ones are on the main ground. And the others are up at the top of some ladders. You need to grind up them and flip off. Then once you get the blue ones. There are red ones. The red ones are alot harder to get to. If you have trouble getting the blue ones. You are in hell for the red ones!
