It's official, the Lancer Bundle for Gears Of War 2! For $139.99 (with Regular Edition Gears2 game & $10.00 more for Limited Edition Gears2 game) and Amazon.com which they state is a Amazon Exclusive.

I felt burned from the Halo3 Legendary Bundle and I dont really have the intentions to spend $70-$80.00 for a toy gun. It doesnt look too detailed enough to me. Shoot, it doesnt even come with the required batteries.
It says it makes noises, but does the chainsaw move when using the trigger?

I plan to cop the Limited Edition set. Do you all think this new over priced bundle is worth it, or like me and think it's overpriced and not worth it?

I can't wait for Gears2, but with the game, you could get another game this holiday season for the price of this thing! I'm sure the more hardcore Gears fan wont pass this up.

that's pretty cool, not sure if I would put down 140 for that though.. It's alright but looks kinda cheesey in away. Not to mention you can see the chainsaw part is all plastic so it won't move... I've already got the LE reserved at Gamestop but don't know about giving Amazon 140

I'm confused by this Lancer "bundle" concept. Nowhere on the Amazon.com Lancer page do I see the gun AND the game being sold at 140 dollars. All I see is the gun being sold at 140 dollars by itself and the option to buy the game with it. Anyone else notice this?

Even at the bottom of the page it says "Users who bought this also bought this"...and it shows gears of war.

So whose the dumb one, me or you guys. I can't tell. Am I missing where it says bundle?

I believe it was a bonus for preordering it before a certain date. Cause even my .ca bundle came with the game and then I piad the extra $10 to get the collectors.

The game hasn't arrived either, but they are shipping the game first since they were in stock pre release, and now the lancer has shipped, so I should have that a few days after, in a perfect world though.

I originally ordered it from amazon.com but they allocated some to amazon.ca so I paid the same amount, but in Canadian (DEAL!)

Sorry to say, but yes, Variation is my b@stard son. :( I smash off his moms, and when he was born he was so hidious I told him I was going to 7 Eleven to pick him up some milk since he dried up his moms boobies dry till the sagged to the floor. :eek:
I never came back,.. then what do you know, the lil'guy found me on XBA a couple years ago, and I am damn near dead broke from back payments on child support.
He is my seed, and I am trying to make up all those years now. Worst mistake of my life. :crying: But he still my runt, and I have to wuv him. :D

Wish I did. But I don't have the pictures anymore. I tried to do a search on XBA for the thread and couldnt find it. Guess it also doesnt help it as posted in the OT! :( I don't think I hosted those pics so even if we found the thread those pics probably arent showing in it.

Might I suggest buying all the Gears Of War Action Figures. this is the only way junior.

The best way, honestly, if you can find the metal rods that you can just kinda hammer into the wall not to big so you don't get into trouble, put it maybe above the massive part of your huge game collection. Either that, or if you have an entertainment system put it above that.

Sadly just came in a plain brown box, that's it, no fancy packaging at all, just Styrofoam inside.
