my sons xbox the green light keeps turning red we vacuum the in side but the tray seems to be doing something but it won't read the game it sounds like its trying to like something in there is moving :rolleyes:any help is appreciated joe

Sonds like the CD drive is going bad from what you're describing...

1-800-4MYXBOX is probably going to be your solution. Unless your purchased the console in the last 30/60 days depending on the retailer you could take it back for an exchange. OR if purchased an extended warranty contact the Vendor you purchased it with i.e. BestBuy,Circuit City Walmart etc.

if you "vacumed" the inside, I doubt MS will help you for free.
