That's WSU offering those two plates. I asked him about the Gears plate. If the plate was given out with the sticker on it, then I want to add it to the database, but if they just handed out/sold the sticker by itself, then I don't.

I already heard back from WSU about the plate. He bought it thinking it was a plate, but it was a sticker. It was also clearly not applied by a manufacturer, and he has since found the skins available separately. Kudos to WSU for not just passing it along like the guy before him.
