updated with the new black L4D plate and the opposite white one. there in the mail on their way to valve, so ill add pictures of the signed ones when i get them back.

well, didnt have school today so i thought id try customizing faceplates. i had a lot of spare parts from some warhammer tanks so i thought id start out using those. its my first one, so let me know what you think.

interesting but maybe a bit too busy for my tastes but for a first try not bad

I like it. Love the 'gritty' look to it. Are they glues on really securely?

That's pretty clever. Good job for a first try. I think with a little practice and some creative paint jobs you could really knock one out of the park like this.

ya, its rock solid. it slid of the dashboard of my car once, and nothing happened to it.

after reading the autograph section started by spaceghost, i contacted valve studios and asked them to sign a faceplate. they said yes, so i started on a left 4 dead plate this is what i got so far, but i think it looks really plain. what do people think should i stick with a more simple design to get it signed, or try to add more? i cant decide. let me know what you think

Depends how many may potentially sign it. 2-3 people is no problem for space. If 20+ are, they are gunna need somewhere to sign.
