JSRF Sky Dinosaurian Question

I have been looking for Yo-Yo in the Sky Dinosaurian Area for like two hour and cant find him, Those guys from the sewer and Yo Yo supposedly got into a fight and he told me he went towards Sky Dinosaurian and I am at a stopping point what in the world do I do?

if you can't find him, you did something wrong. He is right at the entrance with two noise tanks and you talk to them and play tagger's tag.
