YAY early releases and pirates....

aparently 13000 people have played gears 2 early, they have most likely gotten their games from gamestop through some relation or a bribe, or from a torrent site illegally pirating them. now i dont know about you but this pisses me off, i have to wait another 4 days and stay up until midnight to get it at 12:01 am on friday morning to get a special code and the game from a gamestop 30 minutes away from me. it is also equally annoying that people already have a vast majority of the achievements and that youtube is flooded with spoilers from every part of the game ( i accidentally watched the intro into the final cut scene while looking for horde info) i really hope ms or epic games does something about this......also for you people who know about the new Seriously 2.0 achievement by getting 100,000 kills, well i guess some people have no life because it has already been done....

Yeah I had a buddy that was showing a couple of people last week on Gears 2.. it sucks that some people can get access to games like this and for those and do I feel should have some kind of Penalty/Fine for releasing a game before it's Street Date. Oh well guess those of us that are anticipating the game just have to tough it out...

Unless they reset the leaderboards, which I highly doubt it looks as though only 3352 players have recorded an online score of some sort. That is as of 10:45 AM EST on Thursday November 6th. The day before launch.

I am sitting here looking at those leaderbboards right now.

I had Halo 3 2 weeks before it launched. We have a "friend" that works at a gamewhore and "borrows" the games when they arrive. I could have had GTA 4 a week early, but I called him too late.

There have been so many copy's of Gears In hand on ebay over the past couple of weeks, it' s sick. What's even worse is how much people are willing to pay just to get the game a few days early.
