Kick'em When They're Down Achievement

Okay, maybe I am missing something here, but how do you get this achievement?
It says "Perform all 11 unique executions on a downed enemy", but all I ever really see you can do is just get on the dudes and punch your fist through there faces, and execute them with your guy with either the Y or X button.

In the manuel it says to execute your downed enemy on his knees you have to press the Y button, but apparently there are 11 ways to put dem out there misery.

Anyone know of the other ways to do this for the mere 10gamerpoints? It's driving me crazy not to know how to do the other ways. Maybe you have to be positions a certain way? :confused:
