I cannot figure out what to do in Part 2 chapter 2 (i think) when they raise the bridge. I kill all the men and get the snipper rifle and then what? Thanks

After they raise the bridge, go to the left and straight and look through the fence where you can see the other side of the bridge. There should be a truck and something is under its tire. Shoot it with a gun and it will roll into the bridge and then you will be able to cross.
