Nighcaster Help!

Well i'll skip the commentary and get to the point. In Night Caster I cant figure out how to kill the ice golems! I knock them down and in a sec or two they get back up. Well if anyone knows how to do this plz post. Thanks!

The ice golums are about the only time in the game which you will use your staff. Run up to them and knock them down, next use one of the fire spells ( I prefer Lava or the glyph one) and repeatedly slam the hell out of them. Use only rapid hits since there is only about a 2 second window to actually inflict damage. Usually a large gollum will take about 5-10 hits before crumbling. Enjoy
