Give 2008 Plate Question?

I just received my give 2008 plate (Thanks Tampad =D ) But I had a couple of questions of what was on it, and where did it come from.

I know theres Lips, Fable II, Banjo, That movie trivia game (Can't remember the title =/ )Viva Pinata, GOW 2 and 1 Vs 100.... but what is the tower and the pirate bird?

The second question I have is, like where did it come from. Im guessing its an event plate because it says "Give 2008" on top. But which one?

I don't really know any details on it, either. Somebody is in charge of this stuff at Microsoft, but whoever it is, isn't letting me know. I'm asking around and nobody is giving up any names.
