Achievments are pointless,but they are fun to get and prove sometin in the xbox 360 world

2.Youve played games for a long time
3.Your an achievment whore
I personally like achievments so i can rub it in my cousins face ;)
So maybe you can help me get some achievments or vice versa

To me, achievements are what define the quality of game for me. I have beaten all my games in 1 or 2 days of getting them and I can beat most games that quickly anyway. But I go for the achievements because it forces me to replay the game. And I like that.

that is so true i mean on my xbox original i would beat a game and then i'd throw it out (sell it for like 5 dollars at gamestop) and id get a new game. But achievments give you another reason to play games oh yeah but I GOT THE INFAMOUS THREE FLASHING RED LIGHTSSS!!!!! :bang: :cuss: :( :sleeping: :rofl:

I don't think that what you have said is true.
People sometimes do it for just something to do. It's like an agenda they have to complete.
Others do it for the score, but if you are playing a game you play to be the best. You ultimately play for score.

Others just have a lot of time on their hands.

It doesn't mean you are addicted, gamerscore has been out for years now, you could easily get 30k G while playing it for 3 hours a night for the duration of time it has been out.

It's all a matter of opinion.
