i've disabled the timebomb already, but i can't find a way to get up to yoyo. the farthest place you can go the awnings allways collapse so you can't make it across. also, where is the mystery tape in that level????

Where the awnings collapse there is a place at the end of that building where you can cut across to the next building. That building also has collapsing awnings and a place to cut across at the end. There there is one more with the same stuff. When you meet yoyo at the top you make a left and there is a thing you can drop through. If you keep dropping the hidden tape is in a fenced in area next to a place you have to graffiti.
