What do people think of the new Avatar Market place???

I really like it, though I will not be spending a lot on it. I had to snap up an RC Warthog tho looks really cool!!

meh it ok. it nothing special. dont get me wrong tho the new clothes is nice and all. i probably wont buy none tho. since everyone else is buying them. i hate to have my avatar looking like someone else. but when new items come out. probably will snatch some

I love it. I hated having 10 other people on my friends list wearing the same thing as me every time something new came out. Now that you can spend money on clothes or items for your virtual self, it will separate gamers and truly allow everyone to be unique. I will spend money on games I love or loved playing. I bought Gears items and Fable 2 items. I am wearing a Highwayman set of items now.

lol i broke down and bought a halo 3 shirt, shorts, and shoes as well as an RC warthog. lol I also ended up picking up a full clone trooper armor and helmet plus a lightsaber lol I also bought the jedi robes as well lol yeah MS got me w/ those lol.

I found the stuff all to be very expensive. I almost bought those Steampunk clothes, but seeing - and calculating - the fun i'd had with it, i skipped it.

Maybe if Microsoft would do more stuff with the Avatars themself (like a 3D world like PS3 Home, or online multiplayer games like Mario Party etc.) i would buy stuff.

I loke it. Some of the stuff is way overpriced, and the helmets are a little to big for my taste. The props are cool.
I too want more award items like clothing and props. Maybe a ghillie suit for beating COD. To bad we will never get guns though. I want a lancer to go with my COG armor.

Yes, 'Splosion man gives awards. I've gotten a gamerpic, but I know that you can also get a t-shirt and also a premium theme for completing the game.

If they cut the prices in half, I might buy something. If they come out with more RC cars from different games and make a sandbox/level editor that we can race other people in, I might buy some.

While lots of the new Avatar stuff looks cool, I don't think ill ever actually purchase any of it. And some of the things you can buy seem a tad bit expensive.

The rewards thing will be unqiue that you get from completing X_Achievement, not something you can simply buy.

'Cause I see the money MS making from Avatar Markeplace and think they won't hold their end in terms of unique stuff in rewards. I'm probably over-emphasizing and a bit pissed seeing stuff pop-up for avatar marketplace but nothing reported for avatar rewards except a 'Splosion Man T-shirt.

Cause it's just launched and that's the only and first. It'll come in time and I wouldn't be surprised if eventually a requirement for the AAA titles
