Yes, you read the title right, you will now be able to duel wield sidearms with the Akimbo perk. Which is NOT the new perk being shown in the new multiplayer trailer, coming later this week.
Finally I can own kids with not one, but two Deagles. Sweet!
While showing a single-player demo at a Gamecrazy store, they walked over a body with this perk and the crowd went nuts. Chanting "Pick them up!" and he obliged.

I too feared it was going to be overpowered, but they have already addressed the issue stating that it is balanced with the rest of the guns/abilitys, and harder to balance along with no ADS. Which is a good thing IMO.
Looking forward to seeing more, can't wait till Nov.
