I must say any COD fan will be getting this game. Will it sell more than ODST and AC 2 only time will tell.

I will be getting this game before the sells person can take it out of the box. Also Enamelized420-XBA I love the COD count down. Very nice.

I don't think it's even a contest between Assassin's Creed 2 and Modern Warfare 2. ODST though, that's tough to predict. It could overtake it... it's definitely the better quality game.

It's not tough to predict at all. ODST's sales will pale in comparison to MW2. The preorders for this game are WAY higher than ODST's.

I'm calling it now. I think MW2 will give Halo 3 and GTA a run for their money for first day and week sales.
You can no longer order prestige editions from Gamestop anymore, and they sold out in the UK in a couple of weeks of announcement. So yeah, I think it will trump all.

Man I HATE map packs...only map packs I purchased was for COD 2...I refuse to be forced to spend more money on a $60 game inorder to enjoy it with others. For $60 a game thos emaps should be free! :)

Good, I want atleast 5 in the first year. Seeing as how WAW already has 3 or 4 and it's not even been a year yet, and the one for COD 4 sucked.

I think those goggles are going to prove to be a complete waste of money. Plus, the Prestige edition will be under $90 by January. That's the way those limited editions always work.

Of course, my copy is pre-ordered in full. Just the regular version though as I've yet to reach moment in my life where I thought "Damn, I wish I had some Night Vision goggles right now!"

Here is a few things I found out from reading on the internet.

1. Where did the name Infinity Ward come from: Studio Head Vince Zampella Says his company's name means "Absolutely Nothing- it just sounded cool. it's hard to come up with names.

2.Rumor Squashing: Infinity Ward isn't making its own controller; it's just doing a licensed COD one with Mad Catz but fans did get to vote on concave vs convex thumb sticks.

3. Yes there's more: Infinity Ward confirm that you won't play just as Roach. As always in COD you switch to other soldiers perspectives and that's all I know about that.

I agree, they focus mainly on the online portion of the game and all the achievements are story mode. It makes no sense.

I paid off MW2 the other day. I only got $20 for CoD: WaW.. but I'm so excited my Gamestop isn't having a midnight but EB Games is... damnit... I should have pre-ordered at EB. Oh well I'll be in college so I wont have as much time for games. But I will have to make time for this game all the videos I saw so far are like omg I'm excited lmao.
