In honor of Gears 2 one year anniversary, Epic has made the game "Tactical".
Which means that in all game types you will get triple XP, longer bleed out times, and weapons do more damage. On the down side, you get less ammo. Only 8 shotgun shells to start and less rifle rounds than normal.
Public horde mode has been bumped from normal to hardcore.
