That's right you guys, a little birdy told me that Diablo 3 might possibly MAYBE be released for the Xbox 360. Could this explain the pushed 2011 release date?
Whilst it breaks my heart I must wait yet another looong slooow year for the 3rd installment in the game series that stole my heart, the possibility of D3 on 360 is leaving me awestruck. I think we need to discuss this.

;)

I love Xbox and all but I would only play this game on PC.

Supposedly the control layout is highly compatible for console play.
 With how long it's been since production for D3 began, I'd say they have plenty of time to get it on a console and make one hell of a game.

xbox>pc imo.

I have always wanted to play Diablo but have never had a PC capable enough. I think it would broaden the games fan base to make it available to those like myself who don't want to invest a lot of money in a computer that will be out of date in a few years. I realize the quality of the game will suffer some by porting it to a console, but it should still be an above average game at the very least.

I realize that. he said that he's always wanted to play diablo but never had a capable pc. soeither he has an apple classic or he's been dreaming of diablo 3 longer than anyone in the universe.

For D1&2, You need a DirectX compatible graphics card [For Windows OS, obviously] Maybe there's the problem? I don't know too much about the mechanics of a computer, so I may be way off base on that one. But the minimum system requirements include Windows 95, NT, 98, ME, 2000, & XP, so I highly doubt that's where the problem lies, seeing as all of those are pretty much.. welllll.. obsolete. [Somewhat excepting of XP]

diablo is meant to be played on a computer. i highly doubt it will be ported to xbox. If it does end up on xbox it would be a modified version of the game like dragon age was.
