Pull up your guide screen on your Xbox (the big button the the middle of controller) Go all the way to the last blade on the left, go to redeem code and enter it in. After conformation the download will begain and once finished you will have your free stuff to use in the game.
Wait till the download finishes to start the game as it will stop the download.
