Rockstar is a division of Take Two interactive...Take Two owns many different developers such as GoD

and since microsoft bought off rockstar...all games made by rockstar will be featured on the xbox.."hint hint gta, state of emergency"...and others as well

I was just about to ask this question, cause in the new OXM it states that Take Two are the publishers for GTA3. So thanks for answering my Q.
