Gears 3 trailer next week?

Jimmy Fallon, host of "Late Night" and avid gamer himself will debut a trailer next Thursday for the newest game from Epic.

Rumors are that it could be one of 2 projects. The much anticipated sequel to the smash hit franchise Gears of War 3, or a still unannounced project from Epic owners, People Can Fly.

Either way it should be sweet. Epic has a good reputation for some quality games. Plus the video they showed of the jungle at the GDC conference was very nice. The Unreal engine is capable of some amazing things, and with Cliff at the helm, should be fun.

i've heard that Epic will be showcasing Gears 3 @ E3. I wonder if gametrailers will be covering this as well in HD? Their show is on Fri. nights and they often offer world exclusives. Here's hoping....

It's official. Gears 3 will release April of 2011.

I found this on the dashboard this morning. You can't click on the box or anything. I don't thing MS got the memo about Cliff not being on Fallon.

It makes sense when Cliff was SUPPOSED to be on tv last nite, but it was moved to Monday, seems someone forgot to tell the people who update the dashboard ads...

Yeah, it's too bad. I don't understand how MS didn't catch it because you couldn't do anything on the ad which means they put it up with no attachment. That is the first ad on the dash I have ever seen that you weren't able to open.

In other Epic news, Cliff said yesterday that on his "Late Night" appearance Monday he will be debuting Gears 3, along with the first trailer for the secret project Epic Games owners, People Can Fly have been working on believed the be titled "Bulletstorm".
