Find a town w/ rail tracks near by. Find a woman in town, hog tie her. Take her to the tracks and lay her down on them. Watch as the train comes and no one saves her. Collect the 5 point achv.

Now that is creative.

This achievement is easiest to get after your Honor/Fame (one of them, don't know which) is high enough that the townspeople don't call the police until your first murder. So you can basically hogtie the whole town if you want to at that point.
